The MD Anderson Cancer Center clinicians and security leaders have been actively involved in the development of our R&D program from the very beginning of the COVID crisis. Many of the family households studied in our 1,000 family research program come from the MDACC and UT Health community. The resources below are provided to their staff and families. Dr. Greg Botz, Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and Adjunct Clinical Professor, Department of Anesthesiology is a co-founder of the Med Tac Bystander Rescue Care Program as is Bill Adcox, the Chief of Police and Chief Security Officer and E.V.P. at MD Anderson and the University of Texas Health Science Center.
